Canceling Your Membership

Once your membership cancellation is processed, all external accounts will be unlinked, and all registered information and purchase history will be deleted.
All linked game accounts will be unlinked while processing your membership cancellation.
Please note that we will be unable to answer any questions regarding your information after your membership cancellation is processed.
You will be able to use the same external account or email address to register another Cygames ID three days after your membership cancellation is processed.
